The Army transfers Nelson's brain into Johnny's body to create the Fighting American, who tracks down and captures Peter Piper and his gang.; Enemy agents kill race car driver Dan Grady before the big European race but the Fighting American takes his place and wins the auto race.; Speedboy helps the Fighting American stop Von Feygel from attacking Johnny Flagg with miniaturized remote controlled buzz-bombs.
